Savanna Chilled Chilli

I was tasked with translating Savanna Chilled Chilli into a full sensory experience at Durban July, South Africa’s premier fashion and culture event.

The concept was built around "spice with a chill", a contradiction that informed every stylistic and narrative decision.

I led the creative direction of the brand's fashion show and curated a visual story arc that blended humour, heat, and heritage. I sourced and collaborated with four renowned South African designers, each briefed to interpret the product’s essence through garments that balanced Afro-futurism, local nostalgia, and high-fashion theatrics.
